Senior Producer

Location: Must be based out of the New York or Los Angeles office. Travel within the US and internationally may be required.

Salary: $145,000–$175,000 annually, based on location and experience.

What you will do

• Lead complex productions from concept and pitching through pre-production, production, post-production, and final delivery.
• Translate client briefs into production scopes and manage timelines, budgets, deliverables, risks, and quality.
• Coordinate clients, creative and strategy leads, internal production teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Negotiate contracts, licensing, usage rights, SOWs, talent agreements, music agreements, and vendor partnerships.
• Manage and mentor Agency Producers, Production Coordinators, and Post-Producers.
• Improve production systems, workflows, documentation, automation, tools, and performance measurement.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of production experience in creative agencies or production companies.
• Experience managing complex, high-budget productions across digital, experiential, broadcast, and social channels.
• Expert project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgets ranging from $500K to $2M+.
• Deep knowledge of pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and leadership skills.

• Familiarity with emerging production technologies and AI-driven creative tools.
• Established network of production vendors and creative partners.
• Experience with business development or expanding existing client scopes.
