Senior Experiential Producer

Location: New York, NY; 4 days per week in office

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year, based on relevant experience

What you will do

• Lead high-end experiential production from kickoff through delivery and project wrap.
• Build production plans, schedules, scopes, timelines, budgets, and staffing plans.
• Manage creative and technical production, including AV, lighting, scenic, staging, fabrication, and specialty technology.
• Source and manage vendors, contractors, fabrication partners, and technical teams.
• Oversee on-site installation, testing, load-in, troubleshooting, and technical feasibility.
• Supervise production staff and collaborate with Client Services, Creative, Strategy, Operations, and project leads.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in experiential marketing production, event management, and production.
• Experience managing teams, employees with different working styles, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong project management, organization, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, client relationships, project budgets, and timelines, including budgets up to $3MM.
• Working knowledge of technical production, including AV, lighting, scenic, staging, fabrication, renderings, gear lists, and shop drawings.
• Familiarity with event regulations, permits, and licenses, plus a strong network of vendors and industry contacts.
