QSR Auditor & Trainer (Malaysia)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; on-site client work required

What you will do

• Conduct food safety, brand standards, and workplace health and safety evaluations at client sites.
• Consult, coach, and train retail and hospitality clients on food safety, health, hygiene, and brand standards.
• Work with account management teams to resolve client challenges.
• Complete a budgeted number of audits or training sessions each week.
• Apply current food safety practices and health inspection insights.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain effective client communication.

Requirements

• Food safety credentials such as HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, or NEHA RS, REHS, or CP-FS.
• Experience in food service, retail food safety, hygiene, or related fields.
• More than 5 years of experience reviewing retail food safety and brand standards is preferred.
• Teaching or coaching experience in a food-related field.
• Strong relationship management, consulting, planning, organization, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends based on business needs.
