Safety Manager

What you will do

• Build a Quality, Health, Safety and Environment culture across projects through best-practice processes and continual improvement.
• Communicate PSDP and QHSE activities to project stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Conduct internal audits, support non-conformance resolution, and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create and implement project quality strategies and procedures in collaboration with partners.
• Establish quality performance indicators, monitor results, and share them through dashboards.
• Facilitate external audits, maintain ISO accreditation, and manage PSDP/QHSE risks across projects and support functions.

Requirements

• Experience leading QSHE teams in construction and project management consultancies across a range of sectors and technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management, with specific expertise in Quality Management.
• Experience with ISO certification processes for Quality, Health, Safety and Environment.
• Quality Management System Auditor certification, or active progress toward completing it.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an analytical and strategic leadership approach.
