Location: Johor, Malaysia; onsite production-floor role

What you will do
- Lead daily quality activities on the manufacturing production floor.
- Manage and develop Quality Engineers and Quality Inspectors.
- Drive CAPA, NCR, root cause analysis, and corrective action closure.
- Monitor quality metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with QMS, ISO 9001 requirements, SOPs, and control plans.
- Support audits and coordinate customer quality issues, including 8D investigations and responses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Leadership experience managing Quality Engineers and Inspectors.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, CAPA, NCR, 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and Poka-Yoke.
- Experience with quality audits, QMS, MES, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
Nice to have
- Six Sigma Green Belt or CQE certification.
- Experience in semiconductor, precision engineering, capital equipment, or other high-tech manufacturing industries.
