Data Operations Associate Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

What you will do

• Lead and manage a team responsible for data processing and operational activities.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and team performance to meet operational targets.
• Manage workloads, resources, priorities, and day-to-day operational or technical issues.
• Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Coach team members and support training, development, and career growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with people management, team leadership, or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, delegation, and performance management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese are required.
• Strong people, process, stakeholder, and relationship management capabilities.
• Understanding of end-to-end operational processes, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
