A/P Processor

Location: USA - Remote

Salary: $18.90–$26.03 per hour, depending on experience

What you will do

• Process a high volume of invoices, expense reports, deposits, checks, ACH transactions, credit card payments, and vendor payments.
• Review and classify accounts payable transactions, verify data accuracy, and obtain required approvals.
• Research and reconcile vendor accounts, banking transactions, payment gaps, purchase orders, receiving records, and invoices.
• Collaborate with corporate departments, field divisions, and vendors to resolve discrepancies and payment issues.
• Support Positive Pay, ACH, credit card exceptions, stop payments, voids, escheats, and urgent payment requests.
• Provide process support and training while contributing to improvements in accounts payable procedures.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of accounts payable or related experience.
• 0–2 years of high-volume data entry experience.
• Experience processing accounts payable for multiple companies.
• Strong math aptitude and accuracy when working with numbers.
• Ability to research and reconcile accounts and resolve issues with vendors.
• Must be eligible to work remotely in the USA; this position is not sponsorship eligible.
