Operations Supervisor

Location: Field Operations, Hyattsville, Maryland, United States; onsite work in a cold production and freezer environment.

Pay range: $21–$23 USD per hour.

What you will do

• Supervise freezer-based picking, packing, and order preparation during the assigned shift.
• Monitor order progress, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Lead, instruct, and support a diverse operations team while escalating concerns when needed.
• Track order progress and team performance using Tableau and Google Sheets.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports and coordinate with other teams through Slack, Geneva, and Gmail.
• Enforce quality standards and SOPs, count inventory, manage labor utilization, and operate pallet jack and PIT equipment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics operations.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and familiarity with Slack, Geneva, Gmail, and Tableau.
• Ability to work in a cold production and freezer environment.
• Strong team leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail when monitoring operations and fulfilling orders.
• Ability to operate pallet jack and PIT equipment.
