Associate, Fund Operations (Tokenized Funds)

hirify.global provides infrastructure for tokenizing real-world assets and operates regulated brokerage, transfer agency, fund administration, and alternative trading system businesses.

What you will do

• Review daily, monthly, and quarterly fund financials, NAV calculations, activity reports, cash movements, fees, expenses, and accruals.
• Investigate and help resolve NAV, accounting, reconciliation, and operational discrepancies.
• Coordinate with fund administrators, auditors, tax providers, custodians, sub-advisers, transfer agents, and other service providers.
• Support annual fund audits, tax filings, investor tax reporting, audited financial statements, and periodic fund reporting.
• Maintain organized records for expenses, invoices, accruals, and other financial activity.
• Support digital-asset and stablecoin workflows involving tokenized fund subscriptions and redemptions.

Requirements

• Approximately 2–5 years of experience in fund operations, fund accounting, asset management, fund administration, audit, or a related financial-services role.
• Experience reviewing private fund financial statements, NAVs, capital activity, or fund accounting records.
• Strong understanding of NAV, subscriptions and redemptions, management fees, fund expenses, accruals, and cash reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to independently investigate discrepancies.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to work effectively with financial and operational data.
• Comfort working in an environment where processes are still being built and standardized.

Nice to have

• Experience with private equity, private credit, hedge funds, CLOs, high-yield bonds, or other alternative investment vehicles.
• Experience with investment advisers or registered investment advisers.
• Experience with digital assets, blockchain technology, tokenized securities, or stablecoins.
