Clearing Specialist (Crypto)

Location: Amman, Jordan; work-from-home arrangement may vary depending on the business team's work.

What you will do

• Investigate payment issues involving bank transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and returned payments.
• Handle payment cases involving payment providers and banking partners.
• Work independently as an individual contributor.
• Work rotating and night shifts when required.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in payment investigations.
• Experience working with payment providers or banking partners.
• Strong communication and investigation skills.
• Experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, PSP, e-wallet, or banking operations is preferred.
