Fund Data Operations Specialist (Asset Management)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working. Applicants must have the right to work in the United Kingdom without current or future visa sponsorship.

hirify.global's Global Funds Administration team manages an EMEA mutual fund platform covering UCITS, QIAF, and closed-end investment trust vehicles, with approximately $81.8 billion in assets under management as of 30 June 2025.

What you will do

• Coordinate the production and delivery of UCITS KIIDs, PRIIPs KIDs, SICAV KIDs, prospectuses, and supplements.
• Manage fund lifecycle events, including launches, registrations, new share classes, and closures.
• Oversee MiFID II reporting obligations, including transaction costs, charges, EMT, EPT, and EET, with appropriate validation and audit trails.
• Maintain fund documentation, operational procedures, controls, and periodic review cycles.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, fund administrators, custodians, service providers, and vendors.
• Support projects, internal audits, control walkthroughs, remediation tracking, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in asset management or financial services.
• Extensive experience creating and overseeing PRIIPs KIDs, UCITS KIIDs, and SICAV KIDs.
• Strong understanding of fund structures, operating models, transaction cost methodologies, and applicable regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to manage high-priority workloads, changing priorities, tight deadlines, governance, and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent communication, analytical, organisational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Strong project management experience.
• Prior experience with Python and SQL.
• Interest in data analytics and AI tools for fund oversight, automation, and decision support.
