TL;DR
Product Specialist, Research Systems (Healthcare Software): Implementing, configuring, and supporting clinical research products for partner oncology practices with an accent on healthcare software integration, technical education, and product adoption. Focus on resolving technical issues, coordinating vendor and internal teams, auditing product compliance and security, and improving system utilization.

Location: Nashville, TN, United States; exceptional remote candidates will be considered. Occasional travel to partner practices is required.

What you will do

  • Lead aspects of clinical research product implementations, including configuration, system integration, and partner-specific customization.
  • Act as a technical liaison between partner practices, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Resolve technical issues, support process improvements, and coordinate enhancement requests.
  • Conduct product assessments and audits to identify optimization opportunities and evaluate compliance and security.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory requirements relevant to the product portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical role such as Product Specialist, Implementation Analyst, or Systems Analyst.
  • Experience within the healthcare or medical software industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for educating and supporting diverse audiences.
  • Technical proficiency with software implementation processes and familiarity with healthcare software systems.
