Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Location: Louisville, Kentucky, USA; work model: onsite. Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.

What you will do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain catalyst equipment and related industrial systems at the West Plant.
• Perform scheduled preventive and proactive maintenance focused on time, quality, cost efficiency, and safety.
• Troubleshoot motors, equipment faults, error messages, and line stoppages using root-cause analysis.
• Disassemble, realign, and reinstall components while maintaining company assets and plant reliability.
• Use SAP CMMS to manage work orders, spare parts, and maintenance activity records.
• Collaborate with managers, engineers, operators, and other departments, and support technical training for operational personnel.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field, or equivalent formal training.
• At least 6 years of industrial maintenance experience with an emphasis on electro-mechanical systems.
• Basic electrical diagnostics skills.
• Experience with CMMS; SAP experience is preferred.
• Ability to work onsite at the Louisville, Kentucky plant on the stated daytime schedule.

• Experience with PLC systems.
