is recruiting exclusively for a regulated fintech payments business with an established legal team in London.
What you will do
- Provide legal support across corporate governance and corporate transactions.
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts.
- Work closely with the Head of Legal, senior management, and other teams.
- Support strategic initiatives within a regulated financial services environment.
Requirements
- England and Wales Qualified Lawyer with 1–3 years' post-qualification experience.
- Strong training from a reputable private practice firm or in-house legal team.
- Experience within the legal function of a regulated financial services environment is preferred.
- Exposure to commercial contract negotiation and corporate governance.
