TL;DR
Senior Product Designer (AI): Designing and improving digital product experiences for Scentbird’s CRO and Retention teams with an accent on UX research, usability testing, conversion, retention, and AI-assisted design workflows. Focus on solving complex customer experience problems, building scalable design systems, managing multiple initiatives, and facilitating efficient design-to-development handoff.
Location: Remote, outside the United States; US applications will not be considered

What you will do
- Design and manage digital product initiatives for the CRO and Retention teams, from concept and wireframes through implementation.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using interviews, surveys, session recordings, support tickets, and product data.
- Plan usability testing and use AI-assisted analysis to identify patterns and actionable insights.
- Lead design reviews and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Copy, Creative, and Engineering teams.
- Own and evolve the design component library, including standards for new components and AI-supported maintenance.
- Champion AI tools and workflows for ideation, research synthesis, prototyping, and design-to-code handoff.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in digital design.
- Degree in Design, Arts, Digital Design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product problem-solving across agency and/or in-house work.
- Advanced UX, UI, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, research, usability testing, and A/B testing skills.
- Working knowledge of AI tools for design and research synthesis, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI, and AI-assisted prototyping tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, communicate design rationale, and collaborate with domestic and international teams.
