Senior Platform Software Project Manager (m/w/d)

What you will do

• Lead internal and external technical discussions to determine and integrate delivered software features.
• Manage platform software commitments to automotive partners, including delivery content and timelines.
• Define product roadmaps and release plans, track execution, and remove blockers.
• Coordinate with R&D, system teams, external suppliers, and customers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Identify and close execution gaps across projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science.
• At least 5 years of experience in product or project management within the automotive industry.
• Proven experience with embedded systems, including system design, architecture, and software development.
• Experience building roadmaps and executing complex projects.
• Strong analytical, business, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, engage with senior leadership, and travel as needed.
