TL;DR
On-Page SEO Specialist (AI): Executing advanced on-page SEO and AI-search optimization campaigns for healthcare, home services, and charity websites with an accent on keyword research, search intent, content quality, and technical SEO validation. Focus on analyzing content gaps, implementing WordPress updates, improving structured data and crawlability, and monitoring search performance.
Location: Colombia; fully remote. Work timings: 9 AM–5 PM Eastern Time, Monday–Friday.
Salary: CAD 2,000–4,000 per month, negotiated based on competencies, skills, and experience.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end on-page SEO optimization process, from research and planning through implementation, quality assurance, and performance monitoring.
- Analyze keyword opportunities, search intent, competitor pages, and content gaps to identify high-impact improvements.
- Create content briefs and review service and landing-page content for accuracy, topical depth, search-intent alignment, and SEO quality.
- Optimize metadata, headings, internal linking, page structure, and content organization.
- Review indexing, canonicalization, structured data, crawlability, and other technical SEO elements.
- Implement updates in WordPress or coordinate implementation with writers and developers, then monitor results using SEO tools.
Requirements
- C1-level English proficiency and the ability to provide a resume in English.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on on-page SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing, advertising, or SEO agency.
- Strong skills in keyword research, search-intent analysis, competitor analysis, content strategy, and content optimization briefs.
- Strong understanding of internal linking, metadata, schema, and website architecture.
- Working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or similar SEO platforms, and hands-on WordPress optimization experience.
