SEO Specialist (AI Search)

hirify.global is an agency supporting client accounts with SEO strategy, audits, reporting, and optimization.

What you will do

• Conduct technical and on-page SEO audits covering site architecture, crawlability, indexation, internal linking, redirects, canonicalization, metadata, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.
• Research keywords, search intent, competitors, and SERPs to identify opportunities and develop actionable SEO strategies.
• Create SEO-focused content briefs and recommend page topics, headings, internal links, FAQs, content updates, consolidation, and optimization.
• Analyze organic traffic, rankings, conversions, visibility, and other performance indicators using client-friendly reports.
• Evaluate websites and content for visibility in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and other AI-driven search experiences.
• Prioritize recommendations by SEO impact and level of effort and collaborate with writers, clients, and content teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of SEO experience.
• Strong technical and on-page SEO knowledge, including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, internal linking, and schema/structured data.
• Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or comparable SEO tools.
• Strong keyword research and search intent skills, with experience creating SEO audits, client-facing reports, and content briefs.
• Remote work from Latin America.
• Knowledge of AI search, LLM optimization, Generative Engine Optimization, and/or AI Overviews is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with local SEO.
• Experience with WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify, or other common CMS platforms.
