What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of up to 108 local SEO accounts across multifamily, student, senior, and single-family rental properties.
• Own SEO performance and execute technical, on-site, off-site, content, and local SEO work when professional judgment is required.
• Conduct website audits, prioritize optimizations, and implement or delegate technical recommendations based on complexity and risk.
• Manage the strategic use and health of Google Business Profile, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
• Analyze campaign performance, ROI, keyword visibility, and ranking trends, translating findings into client-facing recommendations.
• Partner with Senior SEO Strategists, SEO Coordinators, and cross-functional teams while maintaining documentation and execution standards.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of concentrated SEO experience.
• Experience implementing local SEO campaigns across multiple markets.
• Proficiency with on-site and off-site SEO, website audits, and technical SEO recommendations.
• Working knowledge of Google Business Profile, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
• Google Analytics Certification, strong copywriting and research skills, and excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with emerging AI integrations in SEO.
