Web & SEO Manager

Location: Fully remote; preferred location: no preference. Standard working hours in EST. US Federal Holidays.

Salary: $1,600–$2,200 per month

What you will do

• Develop and lead organic search and website optimization strategies to increase high-intent leads and conversions.
• Manage WordPress administration, CMS updates, hosting migrations, domains, and website architecture.
• Perform technical SEO audits, improve site speed, implement schema markup, and resolve crawlability and indexability issues.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content, pages, and website architecture for legal and local search intent.
• Optimize the firm’s presence across Google, Bing, and AI discovery engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
• Manage Google Business Profiles, local citations, review acquisition, analytics, reporting, and SEO-driven content deployment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of SEO and web development experience for US companies.
• Hands-on experience maintaining and updating WordPress websites.
• Strong technical, on-page, and local SEO knowledge with a proven record of improving rankings and traffic.
• Experience with generative engine optimization and LLM-driven search tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to identify technical risks and recommend solutions independently.

Nice to have

• Experience working with US law firms.
• Marketing experience in law firms or other competitive, high-intent local services.
