Location: Fully remote, with South Africa as the preferred location; standard working hours in EST.
Salary: $1,600–$2,000 per month

What you will do
- Lead comprehensive organic search and website optimization strategies focused on high-intent inbound leads and conversions.
- Manage WordPress websites, CMS administration, hosting migrations, domains, and site structures.
- Conduct technical SEO audits, improve site speed, implement schema markup, and resolve crawlability and indexability issues.
- Perform keyword research, local SEO, competitor analysis, link building, and SEO-driven content optimization.
- Optimize websites and content for AI discovery engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
- Monitor performance in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Semrush, while presenting recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of SEO experience combining strategic leadership with hands-on technical execution.
- Direct experience with SEO campaigns in healthcare, medical, or dental manufacturing.
- Working knowledge of WordPress and web development standards for technical SEO troubleshooting.
- Strong verbal and written English skills, including presenting technical data directly to clients.
- Experience with SEO copywriting, organic social media strategy, webinars, and client-facing communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with the ability to work autonomously.
Nice to have
- Experience with US-based digital marketing agencies and US-focused accounts.
- Experience in med spas, aesthetics, home services, or other B2B service industries.
