Sales Manager - CPI (Valve Automation)

What you will do

• Drive sales activities and business growth across the assigned territory.
• Sell engineered industrial products and valve automation solutions through direct and indirect channels.
• Provide consultative customer engagement and high-quality service to build long-term customer relationships.
• Manage customer expectations and support successful project execution.
• Coordinate with global CPI teams on cross-functional activities and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to revenue growth and improved regional profitability.

Requirements

• Proven understanding of valve automation in the mining industry.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude; an engineering degree or diploma is an asset.
• Experience selling engineered industrial products through direct and indirect channels.
• Proficiency with a CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and valid passport.
• French and English are required; willingness to travel, including some overnight trips, is required.
