Senior Manager, Software Development Engineering (AI/Cybersecurity)

Base salary: $212,000–$265,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead the Quality Assurance team in adopting AI Development Lifecycle practices.
• Scale the hirify.global Client Connector Portal service and improve its reliability.
• Direct cloud operations, including upgrades, scalability improvements, and troubleshooting.
• Transition the engineering organization to a comprehensive full-service ownership model.
• Partner with product management to define and execute the strategic product roadmap.

Requirements

• Experience integrating AI-driven methodologies or AI Development Lifecycle principles into software development and QA workflows.
• 7+ years of experience building, leading, and scaling QA or software engineering teams.
• 5+ years of experience with cloud deployments and cloud operations, including 3+ years with AWS.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience with Python and shell scripting for automation, plus proficiency in Java, SSL, and MySQL.
• Work from the San Jose, California, USA location.

• Current hands-on experience with AI Development Lifecycle methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes and microservices architectures.
