Quality Engineer - Homologation Area (Automotive)

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and implement quality management systems and accreditation frameworks.
• Update management system documentation, including procedures and processes.
• Collaborate with departments and process owners to implement quality requirements and improve company processes.
• Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits.
• Support the resolution of audit non-conformities and follow corrective actions through effectiveness verification.
• Manage non-conforming work and incidents with the Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field; equivalent education may be considered based on experience.
• High-level English is mandatory.
• Knowledge of QMS, OHSMS, and EMS standards is valued.
• Knowledge of quality tools such as problem-solving analysis, Kaizen, and 5S is valued.
• Proactive, cooperative, client-oriented approach and strong MS Office skills.
• Commitment to high-quality work.
