Senior Associate, New Verticals - Fulfillment Strategy & Operations (Retail Logistics)

Salary: $87,000–$128,000 USD annual base salary, plus potential equity grants

What you will do

• Own strategic and operational initiatives for New Verticals Central Operations.
• Scope, launch, and iterate product features that improve order quality and selection.
• Develop strategies to attract more Dashers into shopping and improve their in-store tools.
• Analyze operational and customer data, identify opportunities, and improve key business metrics.
• Create quarterly and annual plans aligned with product capabilities and delivery goals.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams with Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Product, and Design.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, banking, food and beverage, or a high-growth startup.
• Completed Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills; SQL experience is a bonus.
• Ability to operate at a detailed level while developing long-term strategy.
• Ability to solve ambiguous problems from first principles and own initiatives end to end.
