What you will do

• Participate in and grow communities across Discord, Telegram, X, TradingView, Reddit, and relevant trading groups.
• Respond quickly and accurately to market events, chain halts, listings, and product developments.
• Build ambassador and power-user programs for market makers, quantitative desks, and high-volume traders.
• Run AMAs, live trading sessions, feature launches, competitions, and post-mortems.
• Collect product feedback, communicate issues to Product, and close the feedback loop with the community.
• Create short-form and long-form content about market microstructure, product features, and releases while tracking community performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing community or social channels for a product with a technical and skeptical audience.
• Hands-on trading experience and knowledge of funding rates, maker/taker economics, slippage, and latency.
• Strong, fast writing skills across short-form and long-form content.
• Experience building a community or channel from the ground up.
• Ability to de-escalate public criticism, make independent decisions, and operate in a fast-changing environment.
