TL;DR
LATAM Finance Deliver Supervisor (MedTech/Finance): Supporting strategic business transformation and operational initiatives across LATAM through forecasting, budget management, cost control, and executive financial reporting with an accent on cross-functional governance, financial modeling, and investment analysis. Focus on monitoring OPEX and CAPEX, tracking project resources, identifying financial risks, and translating financial data into actionable business insights.

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; job posting locations also include Bogotá, Colombia.

What you will do

  • Develop financial forecasts, budget projections, and funding requirements for strategic transformation and operational initiatives across LATAM.
  • Monitor monthly project expenditures and investments, including OPEX and CAPEX, and analyze actuals against budget and forecast.
  • Track headcount, contractors, cross-charges, and other project resources against financial commitments.
  • Support business cases, financial modeling, ROI, payback, savings, and scenario analysis.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities, escalate deviations, and prepare executive-level financial reporting.
  • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, HR, and Project Management stakeholders to improve financial visibility and accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, Project Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced English and intermediate Spanish proficiency are required.
  • Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and work across functions and geographies in a multinational matrix organization.

Nice to have

  • MBA, CPA, CMA, or an equivalent certification.
  • Experience supporting complex transformation programs, large-scale projects, or cross-functional initiatives.
