Director of Distribution & Operations

Location: On-site at the Georgia Branch, 705 Braselton Industrial Blvd, Braselton, GA 30517

Salary: $260,000–$350,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead warehouse operations from the floor, ensuring accuracy, productivity, and safety.
• Direct inbound, outbound, and supporting warehouse departments.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers leading more than 500 employees.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational accountability, and same-day shipping performance.
• Investigate operational challenges and implement practical, data-driven improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of experience leading high-volume distribution operations.
• Direct leadership experience with warehouse managers and teams of 400+ employees.
• Proven success improving productivity, quality, and safety.
• Experience using KPIs, performance metrics, and warehouse management systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
