Product Manager (iGaming)

Location: New York City; hybrid role

Salary: $94,000–$129,250 USD per year, dependent on experience, location, business needs, and market demand.

What you will do

• Inform, shape, and drive execution of Casino product initiatives.
• Build domain expertise across the product, market, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Assess opportunities and contribute to ideation and prioritization of new initiatives and products.
• Align organizational stakeholders and collaborate with engineering, product owners, marketing, and operations on product deliveries and launches.
• Identify and execute post-launch optimizations and improvements.
• Track product performance, analyze incidents, and ensure Canadian customer requirements are addressed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of delivering successful and innovative products.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while balancing scope, resources, time, and quality.
• Strong ownership, accountability, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
