Junior Speaker Producer

hirify.global is working to digitise the conference sector by bringing leading speakers to its event stages.

What you will do

• Research potential speakers, including their work, announcements, networks, and impact.
• Draft persuasive correspondence and develop outreach approaches for speakers and their representatives.
• Identify the best ways to engage high-priority speakers and present the case for joining hirify.global events.
• Manage speaker data and acquisition workflows to maintain clear visibility of progress.
• Prepare detailed speaker dossiers ahead of meetings with VIP speakers.
• Meet and exceed speaker acquisition targets and complete the steps required to secure strong voices for the stages.

Requirements

• Strong research skills and the ability to identify influential speakers and relevant contacts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that are professional, persuasive, and concise.
• Interest in networking, engaging new audiences, and developing expertise in a technology field.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to rapidly changing priorities, and respond well to feedback.
• Collaborative approach and resilience when working under pressure.
• Ability to use AI, LLMs, and social tools to support research and outreach.

Nice to have

• Experience in media, public relations, or a similar field.
