Training Specialist (Onboarding)

Location: Remote, United States; the role supports onboarding and training sessions across multiple treatment centers.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact and facilitator for new employees during onboarding.
• Coordinate schedules for orientations and initial training across multiple treatment centers.
• Work with leadership, trainers, and Human Resources to deliver a structured onboarding experience.
• Track compliance requirements, training milestones, and onboarding progress.
• Provide ongoing support to new hires and help foster a welcoming, values-aligned culture.

Requirements

• Ability to coordinate onboarding and training activities across multiple centers.
• Ability to support new-hire orientations and training sessions on a flexible schedule.
• Availability for occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends as organizational needs require.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, with reasonable accommodations where applicable.
