BIS-Banking Support Operations Analyst (Banking)

Location: In office at 400 Park Avenue, New York, New York, US 10022

Salary: $16.66–$25.02 per hour

What you will do

• Support debit card, credit card, and client service contact centers.
• Handle client statement production, mailroom and delivery services, vault operations, and lockbox services.
• Process daily transactions and perform reconciliation and reporting.
• Work with stakeholders on short- and long-term projects focused on growth and operational efficiency.
• Identify process improvements, address complex projects, and recommend business solutions.
• Develop knowledge of banking systems, risk management principles, internal controls, and bank operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, solve problems, and make analytical decisions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership skills and the ability to lead projects and build relationships.
