What you will do

• Represent a defined Customer Asset Management area in projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop departmental reports, spreadsheets, workflow analyses, historical reports, and financial analyses.
• Perform routine analysis, non-routine data review, research, and reconciliation for assigned areas.
• Draft and update procedures while supporting user certifications, compliance testing, and departmental audits.
• Participate in planning, testing, and implementing projects, systems, products, and regulatory changes.
• Coordinate with business partners, vendors, and Technology to resolve system issues and escalate risk-related matters.

Requirements

• Associate degree and at least 2 years of related experience, or a combined minimum of 4 years of higher education and/or work experience including at least 2 years of related experience.
• Proven analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with personal computers, word-processing software, and spreadsheet software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow risk, regulatory, and internal control standards.

Nice to have

• Experience in collections or Default Servicing.
• Prior experience in the functional areas supported.
