Loan Support Analyst Senior (Treasury)

Location: Home Location-KS; based in office within the hirify.global Midland footprint. Remote work may be available in select geographic locations with approval, with occasional in-office participation required based on business needs.

What you will do

• Service a portfolio of complex commercial real estate loans, including CMBS, balance sheet, and agency loans.
• Perform previous-day reconciliations, overnight investing, and wire and ACH disbursement processing.
• Analyze loan agreements and apply loan terms in accordance with servicing agreements, internal policies, laws, and regulations.
• Process loan payments, escrows, reserve disbursements, covenant testing, tax and insurance administration, and collection activities.
• Prepare investor, internal, regulatory, and audit reports while providing transaction-volume and account-balance statistics to management.
• Review exceptions, resolve non-compliant issues, support risk mitigation, and provide specialty product guidance and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• Typically less than one year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
• Knowledge of loan documentation, regulatory compliance, due diligence, capital management, and risk mitigation.
• Analytical thinking, financial analysis, decision-making, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
