Senior Finance Systems Analyst (Sage Intacct)

What you will do

• Administer and optimize Sage Intacct and related finance systems, including configuration, workflows, reporting, user access, permissions, and system updates.
• Lead and support integrations with Salesforce, payroll, procurement, banking, reporting, and other enterprise platforms.
• Monitor data flows, validate system outputs, support reconciliations, and maintain data integrity for accounting, treasury, investments, and financial reporting.
• Drive workflow automation, reporting improvements, testing, and reductions in manual spreadsheets and journal-entry workarounds.
• Manage access governance, segregation of duties, system controls, audit-ready documentation, and compliance support.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, vendors, implementation partners, and system users on changes, issue resolution, training, adoption, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of experience supporting finance systems, ERP platforms, finance technology environments, integrations, or finance transformation initiatives.
• Strong functional knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Sage Intacct, including configuration, workflows, user access, reporting, testing, and optimization.
• Understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, financial close, reporting, controls, and data integrity.
• Experience collaborating with implementation partners, consultants, vendors, IT teams, and finance users.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Sage Intacct administration or certification.
• Experience in a nonprofit, social enterprise, or mission-driven organization.
• Familiarity with Vena, Salesforce, or UKG.
