Senior Direct Response Marketer

Location: Remote, with candidates listed in the United Kingdom, Ireland, or Canada; fully remote work from anywhere with at least 3 hours of daily overlap with European working hours

What you will do

• Research customer language, sales calls, email replies, competitors, and advertising angles to develop direct-response concepts.
• Write and iterate Meta ads, VSLs, webinar scripts, sales letters, funnel pages, opt-in pages, retargeting copy, and CRO test copy.
• Manage video editors and creative production by preparing briefs, shot lists, scripts, and final-cut feedback.
• Build daily broadcasts and automated email sequences designed to book sales calls, while tracking revenue and deliverability.
• Review cost per call, ROAS, conversion data, and ad hit rates to guide weekly iterations.
• Keep advertising claims within platform policies and identify compliance risks before review.

Requirements

• Native or near-native English proficiency in writing and speaking.
• Experience working in a company or offer generating at least $500,000 per month.
• Personally written copy that generated at least $1 million in revenue, with verifiable results.
• Recent experience writing direct-response ads, long-form sales copy, VSLs, and email for high-ticket offers sold through booked calls.
• Expertise in email broadcasts, sequences, deliverability, revenue attribution, voice-of-customer research, and creative direction.
• Full-time commitment without other clients, retainers, agencies, or freelance work, plus at least 3 hours of daily overlap with European working hours.

• Experience in relationship coaching, personal development, or a similar niche.
• Experience with ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, or Hyros.
• Experience with testimonial and case study ads.
• Experience managing or mentoring writers or editors.
• Experience running a business or building a business unit.
