Invoicing Analyst (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Produce accurate and timely customer invoices while maintaining billing schedules, data integrity, and service levels.
• Investigate billing discrepancies, analyse invoicing trends, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Resolve internal and external billing queries and provide an effective customer experience.
• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, and Finance teams to resolve complex issues.
• Improve invoicing processes, systems, and data quality to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Support financial controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing, billing, invoicing, operations, or administrative environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including investigating issues and identifying trends.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accurate, high-quality work.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to analyse and manage data.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Collaborative approach and ability to build effective relationships across teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in the UK Gas & Power industry.
• Degree or equivalent qualification.
