Head of Yield & Business Operations

What you will do

• Set the operating cadence, OKRs, leadership reviews, and accountability structures across the Goods and Advertising businesses.
• Coordinate strategic work across geographies, functions, and a complex matrix organization.
• Lead advertising revenue management, including inventory allocation, pricing, discount strategy, and yield optimization.
• Balance ad quality, user experience, and revenue performance while monitoring results against targets.
• Own cross-segment go-to-market operations for Goods, including partnerships, PSP relationships, compliance, and customer-success enablement.
• Lead strategic planning sessions and workshops to support timely commercial decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in revenue management, business operations, strategy, or Chief of Staff-type roles.
• Experience managing across geographies and functions in matrix organizations.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, with sound judgment on complex business trade-offs.
• Experience building operational discipline, setting cadence, and driving accountability across teams.
• Experience optimizing revenue using financial and non-financial metrics.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and cross-functional influence skills without direct authority.
