What you will do

• Lead discovery activities to identify business goals, stakeholder needs, and AI solution opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, and AI use case definitions.
• Define KPIs, reporting needs, business rules, and success metrics for analytics and AI solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and BI developers to ensure successful delivery of data platforms.
• Support pre-sales activities through solution scoping, estimation, and proposal preparation.
• Manage leadership responsibilities, including hiring talent, coaching growth, and delivering client value.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Analytics Consultant in data-driven environments.
• Practical background in BI, reporting, data platforms, or AI/ML digital transformation.
• Proven ability to lead discovery, pre-sales activities, and effort estimation.
• Deep understanding of data concepts (KPIs, dashboards, data quality, ETL/ELT processes).
• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts, including LLM-based assistants and automation.
• English and German proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher required for workshops and documentation.
