Lead Solution Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for cloud-native and AI-enabled solutions.
• Define architecture principles, standards, blueprints, and non-functional requirements across applications, data, integration, and infrastructure.
• Design scalable integrations using microservices, REST and GraphQL APIs, event-driven messaging, API gateways, and secure data exchange.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including managed AI services, LLM platforms, event streaming, serverless, API management, and observability tooling.
• Review architectural designs, data models, technical specifications, and implementation approaches while managing governance, risks, dependencies, and compliance.
• Guide architects, engineers, and development teams and communicate architecture decisions, roadmaps, and technical strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or related technical leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of AWS or Azure, Kubernetes, serverless, managed databases, identity and access management, networking, security, and data management.
• Experience with microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, CI/CD, automated testing, Agile, and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with GitOps and Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience designing or integrating AI/ML solutions, including model serving, inference APIs, AI observability, and responsible AI controls.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
