What you will do

• Lead architecture and technical delivery for complex project modules from problem definition and requirements through implementation guidance.
• Shape enterprise and solution architectures spanning applications, APIs, cloud platforms, data, infrastructure, security, and resilience.
• Define and evaluate AI and GenAI architecture approaches, including models, platforms, agentic patterns, deployment, integration, governance, and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Prototype and validate AI-enabled architecture choices using modern AI development tools.
• Guide clients through technology trade-offs, architecture recommendations, roadmaps, and transformation priorities.
• Lead architects, consultants, and client technology teams while supporting their growth and development.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in technology architecture, solution design, cloud architecture, or technology consulting.
• Experience working in a fast-paced consulting environment and adapting to changing client needs.
• Ability to structure complex challenges, communicate with senior business and technology leaders, and build alignment around important decisions.
• Strong ownership, collaboration, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Interest in continuous learning, experimentation, and emerging AI technologies.
