Base pay ranges include $114,300–$190,500 for New York City, $95,300–$158,800 for the United States, and €100,400–€167,300 for Amsterdam.

What you will do

• Lead lifecycle marketing strategy, portfolio roadmaps, program prioritization, and web experience.
• Own lifecycle and web KPIs, testing agendas, and continuous optimization through customer insights.
• Coordinate the operating model across Audience, Product, Customer Success, and Digital Operations.
• Drive pipeline progression, product adoption, expansion, and renewal-support outcomes.
• Deliver scalable, always-on programs across the buyer and user journey.
• Mentor marketers and develop team capability across multiple regions.

Requirements

• Experience leading lifecycle or demand marketing teams in complex, matrixed environments.
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable programs and consistent execution across teams and regions.
• Strong commercial, martech, and measurement fluency.
• Excellent stakeholder leadership and people management skills, with a focus on coaching and capability development.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
