Product Designer

What you will do

• Shape end-to-end product experiences across Email, Growth, or Internal Tools and ensure consistency across the platform.
• Run continuous discovery by speaking with users, support teams, partners, and analysts, while using the product directly.
• Explore multiple solutions through rapid prototypes, including code-based prototypes created with AI, and validate them before development.
• Use Figma for visual design, typography, design systems, and new UI, then contribute to real frontend implementation.
• Work directly with product managers, engineers, analysts, and other contributors without handoffs.
• Define success measures, ship iteratively, evaluate outcomes after launch, and improve the product over time.

Requirements

• Hands-on product design experience with ownership from problem discovery through launch.
• Strong expertise in user flows, visual design, design systems, writing, and accessibility.
• Understanding of web and frontend technologies sufficient to build prototypes with AI.
• Ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information using user behavior and data.
• Mid-level designers should demonstrate ownership of a feature or flow; senior designers should demonstrate ownership of a full product area.
• Portfolio showing problem discovery, multiple solution attempts, shipped product work, and learning from results.
