Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; hybrid working model combining work from home, on the go, and the office

What you will do

• Own user experience and product design for a key product area.
• Lead end-to-end design from ideation and wireframes to high-fidelity designs.
• Apply user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle.
• Create intuitive, scalable product experiences and contribute to UI pattern libraries and design guidelines.
• Research user problems, simplify complex B2B SaaS workflows, and validate solutions through prototyping, user research, and usability testing.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver AI-powered experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience designing flows, experiences, and UI for web and mobile products, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Strong skills in rapid and high-fidelity prototyping.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Proficiency with Figma and other design tools.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• High level of written and verbal English and a portfolio of recent relevant work required.

Nice to have

• Degree in Design, Human Factors Engineering, Cognitive Psychology, or Applied Psychology.
