Product Management Director - Cell Analysis

Location: Lexington, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $171,600–$286,894 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Translate divisional and corporate strategy into actionable product and marketing initiatives.
• Develop long-term product portfolio plans aligned with growth objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitive dynamics, segmentation, targeting, positioning, and value propositions.
• Align product launches and commercialization activities with business priorities and customer needs.
• Lead and develop multiple product management and product marketing teams, including organizational structures, governance, and performance processes.
• Partner with R&D, Sales, Commercial Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to improve execution and business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, product marketing, strategic marketing, or related commercial leadership roles in Cell Analysis.
• Direct Cell Analysis industry experience is required; adjacent life science experience without significant Cell Analysis responsibility will not be considered.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, including management of managers and multiple functional teams.
• Demonstrated success in product portfolio strategy, marketing execution, team development, organizational transformation, and operational excellence.
• Strong cross-functional leadership experience in a dynamic, matrixed business environment.
