Location: On-site in Cardiff or Amersham, UK, or Marlborough, Massachusetts, United States. International travel of up to 35% may be required, including consecutive weeks.
Annual salary: $175,000–$210,000, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do
- Lead the strategy and performance of a laboratory filtration devices and microbiology portfolio exceeding $150M.
- Own portfolio growth, profitability, lifecycle management, market positioning, and commercial execution.
- Drive innovation and customer-backed new product development projects aligned with investment and value targets.
- Partner with R&D, operations, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams on launches and lifecycle initiatives.
- Translate customer and market insights across lab filtration, microbiology, and sample preparation into portfolio actions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop five direct reports while establishing clear priorities and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in product management, marketing, or portfolio leadership.
- Experience in life sciences, laboratory filtration, bioprocessing, microbiology, applied markets, consumables, or devices.
- Experience delivering new product development and lifecycle management initiatives through cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience managing and developing product management teams.
- Experience managing product portfolios with P&L responsibility and revenue and margin targets in a global B2B environment.
