Associate Director, Product Management (MDx & Enzymes)

Location: Boulder, Colorado, United States; local candidates preferred. Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States and disclose whether visa sponsorship may be required.

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 base compensation annually, plus bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers across the MDx and Enzymes portfolio.
• Own overarching product strategy across qPCR, RT-qPCR, PCR, isothermal amplification, and enzyme applications in MDx and NGS.
• Guide multi-year portfolio planning, investment prioritization, and alignment with Commercial, R&D, and Executive teams.
• Support market research, customer segmentation, competitive analysis, and early-stage product opportunity discovery.
• Guide product launches, positioning, messaging, go-to-market readiness, lifecycle management, and portfolio optimization.
• Support products and processes for OEM channels.

Requirements

• MS degree and at least 12 years of relevant industry experience in life sciences, diagnostics, or biotechnology.
• 2–4 years of people management experience and a proven record in product strategy and leadership.
• Product Management experience involving cross-functional product development and commercial launches.
• Experience participating in or leading NPD core teams and working with OEM customers and processes.
• Deep expertise in MDx applications and enzyme technologies, with strong analytical, market research, communication, and prioritization skills.
• United States work eligibility is required; visa sponsorship requirements must be disclosed.

• Customer-facing experience in field applications, sales, or customer discovery.
