What you will do

• Complete a three-year graduate journey across core finance functions and business areas.
• Gain hands-on experience in shared services, commercial operations, forecasting, budgeting, and capital investment processes.
• Explore the financial operations and strategies of hirify.global International.
• Support consolidated financial statements and management reporting within Group Reporting.
• Assist with tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities.
• Contribute to cost, efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Hold or expect to receive a 2.1 degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Demonstrate adaptability, critical thinking, learning agility, and an innovative approach to problem-solving.
• Build effective relationships and collaborate successfully across teams and stakeholders.
• Show a strong interest in building a career in finance.
