Lending Transaction Management Expert II (Wholesale Banking)

What you will do

• Review syndicated and bilateral multi-product loan agreements and related documentation from an operational and technical perspective.
• Set up lending deals in LoanIQ using facility documentation.
• Manage daily lending workflows, including drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, and fees.
• Maintain accurate risk, regulatory, internal, and external reporting.
• Identify capacity issues, escalate operational risks, and ensure controls and procedures are followed.
• Review procedures, drive process improvements, and contribute to lending-related projects.

Requirements

• Experience with lending transaction management and operational processing.
• Ability to review syndicated and bilateral loan agreements and apply ING, LMA, and LSTA standards.
• Knowledge of loan servicing workflows, including drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, and fees.
• Ability to work within a controlled environment and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work in Dublin, Ireland.
