VP, Treasurer (Finance)

Salary: $303,100–$433,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Develop and execute global treasury strategy aligned with enterprise priorities, financial objectives, and capital allocation.
• Lead capital structure planning, liquidity management, debt strategy, refinancing, capital markets transactions, and excess-cash investments.
• Oversee global cash positioning, forecasting, repatriation, intercompany funding, short-term investments, and liquidity planning.
• Drive working capital improvement across receivables, inventory, payables, and cash conversion.
• Manage foreign exchange, interest rate, counterparty, insurance, and other financial risks, including hedging policies, controls, and reporting.
• Advise the CFO, executive leadership, and Board-level stakeholders while building a high-performing global treasury organization and modernizing its systems, analytics, automation, and operating models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, capital markets, banking, risk management, or related disciplines.
• At least 10 years of senior treasury leadership experience, preferably in a complex global public company.
• Demonstrated experience with global cash management, liquidity planning, debt financing, capital markets transactions, hedging, banking relationships, and rating agency engagement.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise risk management, insurance, working capital, capital allocation, financial controls, regulatory requirements, and treasury technology.
• Experience advising senior executives and Board-level stakeholders and leading global teams through transformation and change.

Nice to have

• MBA, master’s degree, or another advanced finance-related degree.
• CTP, CFA, CPA, or an equivalent treasury, finance, risk management, or accounting credential.
• Leadership experience in Corporate FP&A, business finance, controllership, tax, investor relations, procurement finance, or finance transformation.
